This Privacy Policy explains how superfm.rs ("we", "us", "Super FM") collects, uses, stores, and protects the data of visitors and users of the website. By using the website, you agree to the practices described in this document.

We use the data we collect solely for the following purposes:

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on the website, along with the date of the latest update.

10. Super FM Mobile Application

The Super FM mobile application does not require user registration and does not collect names, email addresses, contacts, location, SMS messages, call data, photos, camera, or microphone data.

The application uses an internet connection solely to play the Super FM and Super Cafe audio streams and to display radio metadata such as the current song title. It also uses foreground media playback and notifications to provide playback controls.

When connecting to the audio stream, standard technical information such as an IP address may be processed temporarily by the streaming and hosting infrastructure for connection delivery, security, and technical diagnostics. This information is not used by the application for profiling or advertising.

11. Contact
